Care-navigation preparation support
Prepare what matters before an important conversation.
NavoCare helps adults living in another country organize context, concerns, practical barriers, and questions in an editable Preparation Brief.
This tool does not replace a professional and does not provide clinical services.
Preparation Brief
01
From scattered notes to an organized, editable brief
A clear brief for the conversation ahead
Questionnaire v0.3.1 uses limited, deterministic, rule-based branching to create a Preparation Brief from the information you choose; you review every section before approval and local export.
Preparation Brief
02
Step-by-step preparation
How preparation works
A guided, non-chatbot path takes you from selected information to a Preparation Brief that you review and control.
- 01
1. Choose a language and read the scope
Select English, Spanish, or Persian, confirm that you are 18 or older, and read the non-clinical boundary before entering information.
- 02
2. Make the required local-session choice
The required session choice is separate from optional product feedback. The choice is recorded only in memory and is not sent to a backend.
- 03
3. Answer a limited guided questionnaire
Questionnaire v0.3.1 uses limited, deterministic, rule-based branching. Some prompts are required and others can be skipped; no live AI is connected.
- 04
4. Preview and minimize
Review each item before creating the Brief. Edit it, exclude it from the Brief, remove it, or restore it.
- 05
5. Review and approve the Brief
The Brief becomes export-ready only after you review the remaining sections and approve it explicitly. Any later edit cancels the earlier approval.
- 06
6. Create a personal local output
Print or save the approved-only Brief as a PDF for personal use. Sharing and automatic transmission are not available.
- 07
Optional forms after approval
After an approved Brief, three optional Google Forms may be shown. No raw answer, email, Brief text, or local session data is prefilled or transferred to them.
03
You control your Brief
Before export, you decide what stays, what changes, and what is removed from the Brief.
Review and minimize information before creating the Brief
Edit each section or remove it from the Brief
Approve the Brief before a local personal export
No organization receives automatic access

For users
Prepare for an important conversation while living in another country
For adults navigating language, cultural, relocation, or service-access barriers, preparation can make the next conversation easier to structure.
For individualsWho NavoCare is for
The initial focus is adults aged 18 or over: migrants, international users and students, newcomers, relocation users, and migrant families, with Spain-first research and an initial focus on Madrid.
Bring scattered context together
Organize the goal of the conversation, relevant context, practical effects, previous efforts, communication preferences, and questions in one place.
Use non-sensitive examples
You might prepare a relationship question, separate everyday pressures after arriving in a new country, or make sure several relocation concerns are not forgotten.
Keep your own voice
The Brief is built only from information you enter and keep. It does not add a diagnosis, treatment plan, professional ranking, or clinical recommendation.
Choose what appears
Before approval, edit, exclude, remove, or restore sections. Only the content you keep and approve appears in the personal local output.
Know the privacy boundary
The session has no backend storage or automatic transmission. Do not enter real sensitive, identifying, or confidential information.
What NavoCare can help with
It can help organize thoughts, retain important questions, turn selected answers into a readable Brief, and prepare across English, Spanish, or Persian; it does not promise clinical outcomes.
05
For organizations
Organization access without access to personal content
NavoCare supports a possible organization-sponsored access model while keeping each user's content under the user's control.
For organizationsRelevant organization contexts
Potential contexts include language schools and adult-learning centers, international university offices, relocation services, coworking communities, and international networks. These are target contexts, not current customers or partners.
What an organization may see
The organization view contains only aggregate, anonymized, non-sensitive administrative information such as access-code activation, sessions, completion, and language distribution.
What an organization never sees
Organizations do not receive raw responses, free text, personal notes, individual Preparation Briefs, identifying information, safety-notice events, sensitive content, or an individual question path.
Small groups remain hidden
Small-cell suppression reduces re-identification risk by hiding values below the configured threshold.
Current commercial truth
There are no claimed contracts, customers, pilots, partners, revenue, or confirmed collaborations.
A restrained next step
The current invitation is to inspect the aggregate organization view and understand possible future use. Any organizational research conversation would be non-binding and separately reviewed.
07
Safety and scope
Local-session scope
Information remains only in this open browser session and is not sent or stored on a backend. Do not enter real sensitive, identifying, or confidential information.
