Questions and answers
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about NavoCare, its limitations, and your control over information.
Does NavoCare provide treatment or diagnosis?
No. NavoCare is a non-clinical preparation tool and does not provide treatment, diagnosis, clinical triage, or emergency services.
Does NavoCare use live AI?
No. NavoCare uses questionnaire v0.3.1 with limited, deterministic, rule-based branching and a local deterministic generator. Controlled language assistance is part of the future roadmap.
Are my answers stored?
No persistent or server storage is active. Information stays only in the open session and clears when you refresh, reset, or exit.
Who can see my Preparation Brief?
Only you on the same device. Sharing is not active and nothing is sent automatically.
Can I remove part of the Brief?
Yes. Before export, you can edit, exclude, remove, or restore sections and then approve the final Brief explicitly.
What is the output?
A structured Preparation Brief made only from the information you selected and approved, available as a personal local print/PDF output.
Does the Brief include every raw answer?
No. It is a readable structured document and excludes removed items, empty fields, and internal technical metadata.
Which languages are available?
NavoCare is available in English, Spanish, and Persian.
Does NavoCare have a listed price?
No public price or waitlist is presented here, and a future pricing model has not been finalized.
Can organizations use it?
The aggregate organization view does not provide organizations with access to individual content.
How is the Preparation Brief created?
A local deterministic flow organizes only the information you select and keep.
Can I enter real sensitive information?
Do not enter real sensitive, identifying, or confidential information.
Should I use NavoCare in an urgent situation?
No. NavoCare does not provide emergency services or assess urgency. Follow the static Safety Notice and official local options outside the product.
Does NavoCare choose a professional for me?
No. Professional matching, ranking, or clinical recommendations are outside the current scope.
What happens with the optional forms and consent?
After an approved Brief, three optional Google Forms may appear, but no answers, email, Brief text, or local data are prefilled. The session choice itself is not sent to a backend.
What else is on the roadmap?
The roadmap includes broader multilingual entry, an expanded structured question bank, wider adaptive paths, and a more personalized Brief.
