Local-session privacy and user control
This plain-language explanation does not constitute a legal compliance certification.
Local in-memory session
Entries and consent state remain only in the open browser session. Refreshing, resetting, or exiting clears them; there is no backend storage, account, or save-for-later feature.
Minimize before generation
Preview each item before the Brief is created. You can edit, exclude, remove, or restore information and decide what the local generator may use.
Approved-only output
The personal PDF/print output contains only retained and approved Brief content. Excluded, removed, empty, and internal technical fields are not included.
No automatic transmission
No analytics, tracking, database, live AI provider, email submission, organization sharing, or automatic Brief delivery is active.
Optional post-Brief forms are separate
Three optional Google Forms can appear after approval. They open separately and receive no prefilled raw answers, email, Brief text, consent state, or other local session data.
Session choice stays local
The interface can record a research or feedback choice, but no consent record or Brief is sent to or stored on a server.
Organizations and the NavoCare team
NavoCare does not transmit raw answers, free text, individual Briefs, removed topics, identifying information, sensitive content, or safety data to an organization or the NavoCare team.
